Pharmacy Deserves a negative rating. My daughter was hospitalized for a thyroid storm which can be fatal and having meds consistently is imperative. When she was discharged This pharmacy told us that we could pick up all the meds after 2 pm that day. They have all contact information and it is set up to set text message updates. We figured Four was a good time to pick up giving the workers plenty of time. They were only able to give a partial fill and guaranteed the rest would be available in three days. We gave them an extra day but when we showed up nope no meds. When asked they said it was on back order. When asked why they didn't try to notify us the tech just smiled and walked away. In the end we had to transfer meds to another store to finally obtain the prescription in time for the dose. My daughter was hospitalized again and we stopped by to pick up meds and were told one they would have till next day and one needed clarification on MD order. It's a month later and they still didn't have the clarification and claimed the doctor wouldn't return their call. (No call was placed in MD). At no time during this situation did any of the pharmacy employees try to contact us about delays or when asked to see if other Walgreens had meds. We asked why and we always received the same answer. "We don't have time." We went to another pharmacy to transfer prescriptions and the Walgreens pharmacy had closed scripts so they could be transfers so now we wait for the doctor to send in new scripts and a new pharmacy has given a bridge script till all is completed. This office is incompetent and deserves to have its...
Read moreSo shocked to see that this Walgreens Pharmacy has a 2.5 rating. I expected to see a -20 and that would be generous. I left the Urgent Care who had entered my prescription about 10 minutes before I left, drove 23 minutes to get to Walgreens, waited in their drive through line for 32 minutes to be told my prescription would not be ready for an hour. :( In pain the whole time.......but had an hour to kill.........went to Walmart, which is where I should have told the doc to send the Rx in the first place, killed another 1.5 hours, IN PAIN, and had the sense to call before I went back to Walgreens. Still NOT ready. I called Walmart Pharmacy to see if they could transfer it and I was told that Walgreens was closed today. I said no, I was over there an hour ago to try and pick up my prescription from the incompetent fools and it was open. The lady at Walmart said they had been trying to contact Walgreens for about two hours with no luck. Grrrr, in pain, with tons to do and no hope in sight. NEVER AGAIN. Called the complaint line, relayed my experience, husband drove over to see if he could get better results and guess what? They have closed the pharmacy. What an absolute joke this business is....

My best friend took my niece to urgent care yesterday and she was diagnosed with strep throat. They sent her prescription here at 845am yesterday morning. 11am the prescription is still not ready. Again at 4pm, still not ready. The pharmacy closes at 6pm. She receives a text message at 5:52pm (8 mins before the pharmacy closes) - and she lives probably about 10 mins from the pharmacy.
She goes this morning to pick up the prescription. All the while my niece did not sleep well (if at all) due to her throat and she wasn't even able to eat breakfast this morning due to it. The lady at the pharmacy tells my best friend that the prescription is still not ready and wont be for another 2 hours!! Like are you kidding me???!! WHY SEND A TEXT THEN AT 5:52PM THE NIGHT PRIOR THAT ITS READY??!! and another 2 hours??!!? Its now been 24 hours that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy!!!! My poor niece is in agony from strep throat. Get your act together Walgreens!!! I am having EVERYONE I know boycott you. This is ridiculous! AVOID FILLING YOUR...
