Great deals! Calm place to shop in the evening. However not the best staff, I was carrying a very heavy hand-held basket with me through the store and being pregnant decided I needed to switch to a shopping cart to fit more items comfortably without straining myself since I’m high risk. Now Jerrett/Garret (not sure) was working one of the empty check out booths and I asked him if I might be able to set my heavy basket down for a short moment to grab a cart to continue shopping as it was heavy and I’m pregnant. He said yes. In the 45 seconds it took me to grab the cart, Jerett rang up 3 of my yogurts. I politely mentioned to him that I wasn’t ready to check out. He rolled his eyes at me and told me that he had already begun checking me out so he was going to just finish and hold my items for me up at the front. I hadn’t had even completed half my shopping yet and now felt forced to do so. Not only that but I didn’t get the chance to go over my items before purchase the way I like to when shopping. I like the meat dept at super1, but they had London broil in ad for 3.98llb per the website. So, I went specifically to get this. At the post falls store, they had no London broil for 3.98lbs. This was last Thursday, which is the day after ad change. I looked it up Thursday, the day after ad change. Tried getting a cutter or meat clerk to help me, got ignored. Then Stacy t, my cashier was rude. She didn't like how I packaged some produce. She then yells at her cashier next to her about it, while then interrogating me. All with customers behind me. 1 left line and walked out. I was embarrassed felt impuned and humiliated. I thought their motto was, we set the standard. Its definately not in customer service. And also, never ask for deli meat cut to your desired slice size. I did that in rathdrum and was treated like I was totally asking for too much and that was from their deli manager. Shop here every day. There is one girl who claims to be in charge (is not a manager) on Tuesday nights. I wanna say her name is Melissa? Can't remember, but she's extremely rude and does not care about the customers. Asked to use a phone coupon which doesn't scan, every other manager at this Super 1 and every other Kootenai County Super 1 has said it's alright. She tells me that not only will she not except it, but also without being asked her opinion (a simple "not tonight try tomorrow" would've sufficed) tells me that she doesn't care about what other legitimate managers have told me and claimed i somehow created this "fake coupon" to steal from the store. Very rude. Coupon has a timer so I couldn't use it again for another week and was paying for the item with the rest of the change I had. So I couldn't afford the item without the coupon.
