Called an order in to be delivered, asked for plain lo mein with added cooked onions, the order taker who possibly is an outside hired service, kept saying vegetable lo mein and after a few times of saying no, thought it was settled, fine food arrives.... surprise its vegetable lo mein an NO cooked onions, but whatever left it be till eating it & found mushrooms which are a food allergy, called to complain, told 2 people including a manager who stated "let me find out what really happened" 🤨🙄 a minute later they hung up, called back to properly let them know a bad review would be written, nothing else to talk about. They called back, answered them and there was no one on the line, they called again .. nope, Done Also they sent plastic forks without being in a wrapper 🤢 and no spoon for the soup. You don't lose a customer because of a mistake but will lose a customer by the way a mistake...

I order from here every month. When my food was delivered they sent the wrong thing. I called talked to the manager and he told me that he would have what I ordered sent to me ASAP ( that was at 1:19 pm ) as of 2.30 I still haven't received it so I called back spoke to manager again he insisted my food was on its way. It is now 7:36 p.m. and I still have not received my food and I paid for it in cash. I will never order from there again. I have the receipt and I still have the food they sent instead of what I ordered well after waiting n talking to the manager 3 times I never got what I paid for n the manager claims I never called them that I went through door dash but I have the calls on my phone to prove otherwise. Never ordering...

Third time sending us the wrong food or missing items we ordered. This place was better run when Jeff was around. When you call the store to complain about what happened they try to tell you they will give you a credit for next time. Only problem is IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN!! They continue to miss food or send the wrong items. I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my kids and never got the chicken, only the sauce. I ordered BBQ spare ribs and they sent me BBQ chicken. I'm paying DOUBLE what the prices used to be for food that taste like a cardboard. My faith and patience in this store have depleted. I have never been more disgusted. It's one thing to make a mistake but to continue letting it...
