This place has an amazing business model and customer service. They’re very flexible and can fix anything you throw at them for a very competitive price.

I drove about 60 miles during rush hour traffic to go here and I was extremely satisfied with my repairs/diagnosis. I arrived a fool and left with a trove of knowledge and a working PC!

Chris is absolutely amazing! I immediately felt comfortable and confident in my decision within minutes on the phone. He was able to look at my computer that same day, ran a ton of different diagnostic tests and ultimately informed me my graphics card needed to be replaced. He suggested several options, the pros and cons and offered his opinion of what I needed. We ran out to Best buy, purchased the card and came back to have my computer up and running within the hour.
