dont even bother coming to this store. The white guy there is useless and hes been there both times we needed help. First we show up to see they they help us fix a phone he told me id have to spend 800$ to open a new line. So i go to apple and get it fixed. We come back to simply restart my service on it and rudely again he just straight up does nothing. He tells me AGAIN im gonna have to start a whole new line and pay a ton of money out of pocket and that he cant help me with anything. He says i have to go to the corporate store to get it working again. I asked him if hed call corporate for me and he just says no. So i take even more out of the very little time i have to drive to this corporate store and the worker there tells me theres no reason he couldnāt help me and he filed a complaint on him for me. This store needs to re evaluate who they have working for them because he is lazy and literally REFUSS to help anyone. The times i was in there the other customers were sent away as well.
