RSVP in the Village — Local services in Prairie Village

If your not carrying a designer handbag, dont even bother because you will be treated like crap. Everyone that worked there that I encountered was extremely snotty and stuck up. I've been in this store twice, once with a friend and once alone. The first time my friend and I were looking for something specific and needed help, even though we tried to get some help we were very deliberately ignored. The second time I dropped in to pick something up for a friend. The store had just opened, and even though I was the only one in there besides the girl who was behind the counter, I was again ignored. No hello, no can I help you with anything. And when I went to pay for my item I still did not receive any kind of greeting or even a thank you when the transaction was finished. Very poor service and I do not recommend this place to anyone. And by the way, not putting your store hours on the door or window so that people know when you open does not make you special or classy, it just makes...

We drove for 35 minutes in rush hour to look at wedding suites only to arrive @ the store being closed 45 minutes before closing time. The employee locking up informed us that you have to have an appointment to even look at their books (as if my wife was not versed in wedding invitations). Good to know-thank you for the update. I’ll let the thousands of brides and the wedding mags she was published in know according to you she isn’t versed in browsing wedding invitations. Too many options out there to be treated...

This business is unreliable. It has been 6 weeks since I spent hours with them picking out invitations for my daughter's Quinceañera. They were recommended by our planner who will not make that mistake again. I was told that I would have a quote and sample of my order within a week. 4 weeks later, it was me who had to start contacting them. I never received my order. Now, I have to start over.
