My boyfriend ordered flowers for my Birthday. They called me at 9am asking about delivering them to my place of work. I informed them I would only be there until 2pm. They said ok. At 2:20 I called them back because they still hadn’t been delivered. She stated they were out in the delivery truck but would not make it in time. (Mind you they were told at 9 am they had until 2pm to deliver them.) I did not know at the time, but my boyfriend had pay extra to have them delivered by noon! The girl then stated they could deliver them to my home. I gave her my address, but once I gave her my address she proceeded to tell me that they do NOT go to that far. (15 minutes farther then where I was) I then called and told my boyfriend. He called them to try and make arrangements to pick them up and she was very rude and told him she wasn’t going to deal with it and he needed to call 1-800-Flowers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! They are RUDE & NOT ACCOMMODATING at all! He had spent a good amount of money on a very nice bouquet, ballon’s, & chocolate’s! This is NOT acceptable! Thanks for ruining my Birthday gift Village Flower...

Ordered deliver through 1800 flowers. Not only was what I received not what was delivered, but the roses were already wilting on a same day delivery. One rose was actually turning brown! I requested redelivery from 1800 flowers and was told it would be same day again. Not an hour later, I received a text that said flowers had been redelivered. However, there were none to be found. Anywhere. I called.Village Flowers and was told I'd need to co tact 1800 flowers. I did and was told the text was a mistake, and they had until 8pm to deliver. It is 8:24. There are not amd have never been any flowers redelivered. This has been such a stressful experience, simply trying to do something nice for friends. Do not recommend....
