Sara is a kind person, but has room to grow in her professionalism, communication, and general business practice. I experienced poor communication regarding delayed or rescheduled appointments, including last minute cancellations (literally as I pulled up she came out to tell me she canceled) and no shows.
It would have been different if after I drove 30 minutes to the practice only to find locked doors if she had apologized, but instead she tried to gaslight me into thinking the appointment was next week, and didn't respond more about it after I provided evidence that it was not. We had rescheduled the prior appointment. My assumption is that she allowed her system to automatically change the next as well and didn't catch it. Mistakes happen, but repeating those mistakes without apology or accountability makes it hard to trust as a client. Receiving services can be a vulnerable action, and frankly I can no longer trust my care in her hands.

   Read moreI love the concept of this inclusive spa but the execution was less than ideal. I had booked out 2+ months in advanced and they had no idea about my appointment when I came in. They made me come back later. The massage was rushed and the therapist talked the entire time so it wasn’t as relaxing. The head spa was very wonderful however the AC unit was right above the table and blowing right on me and they didn’t offer a blanket or a cover. Instead of offering a cover up for my upper half they just had me take the straps down of my tank top and sports bra. It was hard to relax. The quick gel manicure was not great quality.    Read moreI'd rather give 10 **. After an extremely rough week including ER visit and urgent medical care, all I wanted was some facial waxing...damned peach fuzz! Jenn greeted me and began askin questions about my general health...including "do you take blood thinners?" Age and red marks gave that away! Business owner (doctor) did a pair of test spots with wax and WE decided not to take the chance on waxing or dermabrasion to avoid skin damage. Even though I still own a bit of peach fuzz, I am so thankful that this tiny shop was recommended to me. If we weren't relocating to another state, I'd have a new second home for hair and skin...
