Jackass Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Arrived at the location at 1:35 AM, sat down at the bar as the bartender served the group over on the side, giving them drinks. She never came over to ask me for my drink, and I believe looked at me a couple times but never came over. I waited 10 minutes to be waited on, till I finally moved closer and stood another 5 minutes, finally called her name and asked if I could get a drink. The clock on the wall is set 10 minutes fast so the clock read 2 AM and she told me no I could not get a drink even though on my watch said 1:50 AM. So I stood around for a good 10 to 15 minutes and was never waited on or helped. As you can see from the timestamp of this review it’s before 2 AM. I just love going into a bar for a drink, not being helped, trying to be polite not saying anything for 10-15 minutes to then be rejected because the clock on the wall is set fast and the bartender...

I gave the "atmosphere" a score of 5, because if you're looking for a great dive bar...this is it. We didn't try any of the bar food. We were here from 1pm to 4pm. Everyone was so nice and introducing themselves. One table of folks was buying the small bar crowd a round of jello shots, twice, lol. We were told the best time to come is during the daytime. Night time can get a little shady. Our bartender was Gina. She was fantastic.

Our only complaint would be there is ZERO cell service in this area or in the building to play songs on their juke box. You can't even Google anything, lol. I even walked outside and down the sidewalk to the next building and still had no service. The bar refuses to give out the wifi password. Other than that it would be nice if they had a red-amber beer. That's all...

The hours of the bar need to change, or the bartender's [bev] bad attitude about staying open till 2 needs to change.

When she isn't there, all the other bartenders are great 👍 cheap pool games are 75 cents compared to a lot of places that make it 1.50...
