TOO MANY RED FLAGS ! ! 🚩🚩🚩🚩 I booked with someone through Instagram and when I arrived to my appointment they said they forgot and had someone else coming in… (RED FLAG 🚩) I really wanted a tattoo so I decided to still be scheduled, when I had gotten there again they said they were tired have been tattooing since 6:00 idk how or why but it’s what they said (RED FLAG🚩) when I got the tattoo it looked bad - lines where shake, it was a mess (RED FLAG🚩) I’ve gotten tattoos before but this was the most painful one I’ve ever had and my skin was burning and irritated and had a lot more blood then any of my tattoos COMBINED (I didn’t do anything new before my appointment). Because I really wanted more done (and really wanted to be at an all women shop) I then schedule another think it wasn’t that bad, before my appointment they texted me to reschedule so then a week goes by and I didn’t received another text so I then arrived at my appointment and I noticed they weren’t there. NO ONE HELP ME FOR A SOLID 40 MINUTES (RED FLAG🚩) I sat by their front desk THE OWNER WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME NOR HELP ME but she was definitely looking at my direction since I was sitting by the front door (RED FLAG🚩) but she did say hi and helped someone else that came in AFTER me (RED FLAG🚩) Eventually I texted the artist saying I was there waiting for over an hour, turns out they forgot to text me to reschedule me again, this time I said no. This shop was so DISRESPECTFUL, and very UNPROFESSIONAL I felt so uncomfortable in there! I’d give it a zero star...

Everyone there was awesome amazing people, I booked with Zac, it was the best tattoo experience I've ever had! He is an award winning artist who specializes in horror and realism, but he can do literally anything you want, he is very down to earth and professional, he doesn't cost and arm and a leg and he was 100% worth the money and the tips were well deserved for the quality. He is the best in the area and in most other areas in my opinion. He takes pride in his work and the many awards he has speaks for themselves. His designs are spot on and will make you say wow!
