Absolutely wonderful place for new and experienced musicians! The staff's customer service is beyond amazing, great hospitality, super knowledgeable, and they won't pressure you like other stores. Wonderful amounts of instruments all in great conditions. I will be returning often for more instruments and repairs!

Edit: What an excellent musicians store. I took my guitar to them at the end of May. I showed them what was going on, and they found the problem and offered a solution. The solution was to put in new pickups, they gave me options and didn't rush me to decide. They then told me that Rammstein has signature pickups and told me to think on it before I make any decision. About a month later I came to the decision to by the Fishman Fluence RZK Signature Humbuckers. Russell informed me everything that would need to be done, gave general estimates, and worked with me every step of the way. Once acquired, Prescott Valley Music installed everything and ensured it was working. There were a few bumps, but in the end, they not only installed and fixed a lot of internal hardware, but they made the external look better than ever. This guitar now looks and sounds incredible. I am beyond stoked. The prices were incredible, well worth the money, time, and effort they put in. Russell is a very understanding individual and really allowed me to feel important, but also that I could trust him. Russell and his staff at Prescott Valley Music are beyond exceptional in their customer service, repair service, and instrument knowledge and I thank each and every one of you....

Sadly, and most regrettably, I must report that Russell, the proprietor of PVM, used his prior good business standing to consign, endorse, solicit, directly accept partial payment for, a fraudulently, utterly misrepresented $3k instrument, that is so INTENTIONALLY damaged (a 40” gong, sawn into THREE parts, then poorly soldered back together) that it is basically rendered useless as a musical instrument. He also personally/professionally arranged for its delivery and attested to the instrument’s ‘excellent’ condition (all in email and voicemails, still retained as evidence). Initially responsive, and seemingly aghast, he and the seller he worked with, and as agent for, now decline to correspond or address this, each saying neither or the other is responsible. A $3k...

They've worked on a variety of my instruments, tasks ranging from complex custom wiring jobs and floyd rose set ups to simple pickup swaps. They are my go to music store, I travel from Sedona for all my musical needs thanks to the trust we have established. I have also purchased multiple guitars from them, all fairly priced and set up perfectly. This is my favorite music store in AZ.

Sadly, I've had to update this review as I continued to take them things to work on. They recently charged me $450 to repair a tube amp that is now more noisy than it's been the entire time I have owned it. This price was well beyond their initial estimates.
