been coming here for months place was great, friendly and clean!!! mind you i drive close to 30 minuets to gamble here. was there this passed weekend and the friendly lady i think SOPHIE is her name wasn't there! there was another woman there which was rude and dirty. the place looked so nasty. not very welcoming at all. I was so disappointed when i arrived considering the drive i take to blow my money!!! I LEFT AFTER AWHILE THE PLACE HAD FRUIT FLIES AND WAS JUST NASTY!! i EFT AFTER A FEW SPINS. I was still in the area hours later and said let me try one more time they had the door locked early and the lady was just looking at me and didnt bother. Whatever there are thousands of gaming places so i can go else where and spend my money! I ended up at another place much cleaner nicer and did good on the machines. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO EVAS AFTER ALL THE MONEY I PUT INTO THEIR MACHINES AND THEY WASY THIS PLACE IS YUCK IT TURNED OUT TO BE A DUMP FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT! How did it even happen? Wish that other lady was there even when i lost i still felt good being there for the hospitality she provided! people go else where to gamble you'll be much happier...this place went from good happy vibes to nasty...

This is my second time at this establishment. I visit cafes and restaurants quite often. The ownership at this establishment is by far the most professional I’ve ever seen. They were very kind, offered great customer service, and provided a great experience. The food was very fairly priced. My recommendation is try the chicken and waffles. I was in awe of how good that dish wash. I felt like I was at a gourmet restaurant. The inside of the place is sparkly clean, great gaming, great music, great deserts, great food in general. My advice visit this place early or late, and visit it often ! I know...

The complaint is that I never got my refund from gold rush still down $80 dollars on my account just because their atm didn't gave me all my money and they said it was getting fix still almost a month after Nothing I mean yeah we go play in their places but if we lose is up to us not just because it got stock on their machine they denied my payment because they need paper proof and evidence well check...
