FRAUD!!! SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a replacement iPhone and case on 02/22/25 from Elena the store manager. She was friendly and helpful when making the in store purchase. I got home and realized that I did not get a receipt. I spent the next 3 weeks chasing her down for one. All I got was a song and a dance. My family and I called around and visited other stores. Then I received a call from the district manager Johanna. She issued a receipt in a few days. Now I could see why it was withheld. I was charged for items that Elena said were free and I was charged for items that I never received. I did get a refund from Johanna, but she downplayed the fraud. Only commented on what a great deal that I got on the phone. The same comment was made by the owner of the Maywood store to my daughter and her boyfriend.
