Ramon is a new face at this location but very attentive, patient, informative, helpful, trustworthy, and most of all kind. He helped me get a great phone at a very good price. Any issues ive had i come to him, ive went to other stores and they always send me off but he takes his time makes sure to explain the situation and the solution so that it wont happen again, and if you want to conversate while hes working out your issue hes there for it. I went in to ask about switching to metro because my current carrier was overcharging me and I was losing data too quickly. They had the phone I wanted and made the process so easy! Ended up also adding a tablet as the promotion was just too good to pass up on! 10/10...
