(edit) This is a 'follow up' to an encounter with a rude and unprofessional vendor who is not doing her job in the store. Nothing changed. Danielle sits at a mini table loaded with products, only this time, she did not even stop scrolling on her phone ... let alone look up, when customers entered. With the automated doors it is obvious when someone is entering. I specifically went to Fruitful Yield to buy 20 personal care summer party favors, like SPF lip balms and skin and hair care products. Whole Foods got my business for that. To be fair, there was a young man doing a kombucha beverage demo, who did an excellent job of representing the product and store. I'm a long time Fruitful Yield customer. There was an outside promoter 'working' in the store named Danielle who just sat there scrolling on her phone. She didn't engage customers, just looked up and back down to scrolling. I paused at the table and she said, 'What do you want?' I asked what she meant, and she said, 'What do you want in the store?' Hmm ... I asked if she wasn't being paid to promote the products right in front of her. She did not answer, but was quick to object to my taking out my phone. 'You can't take my photograph!' It may be cheaper for me to order products directly from manufacturers or online retailers in the future. Why Fruitful Yield would not have someone more professional and who is sincerely interested in introducing products to customers is surprising. This person could not have...

There was a young lady that was showing products in your store that was absolutely amazing. She took time to show me products that she had and the products in your store. It was obvious she was very honest just from the way you could tell she loves her job. The young lady’s name was Danielle. I will be coming back to your store just because of how Danielle treat me and because of all her knowledge about many of the products...
Read moreJust left the store to get essentials and peruse gift ideas. A brand ambassador visiting the store named Danielle, was sitting at her mini table full of products near the entrance. She did not look up or engage with any customers milling about that area ... again. She looked to be bothered and was confrontational when I asked a question earlier this year. A customer can learn a lot about new products on the market or to the store, but not from her! Such a poor representative of a brand and the Fruitful...
