Crumbl — Restaurant in Lyons Township

This location is an absolute joke and I would avoid and just go straight to the Oak Brook location. For starters this location is massive with better parking than Oak Brook. But why are there only two registers available and one is manned by a worker? This creates unnecessary lines. Every other location has self-service kiosks. Then when you get to the cashier to place your order, they ask if you'd like to tip the bakers. It's so cringe and disgusting that you all are asking this for essentially a product that offers no service. You all are a assemblyline fast food bakery, not a sit down steak restaurant. Then the workers are constantly goofing off. I've been here three times already and the workers are always playing around, laughing and giggling. It feels I'm trapped in a TikTok video every time I go in there. Then tonight, 10/12/22, I decided to go right before close. I get there at 9:45 and the doors were locked. I looked inside and it was almost as if they decided to shut down at 9:30, no 10, which are the advertised hours. This location is obviously poorly managed and I would rather just drive to Oak Brook...

I live in the neighborhood and heard about its opening. I was skeptical at first if it was going to be as good as the one in Oak Brook. I waited in excitement for it to open, then after a while, I drove past and noticed it open and went in to try for myself. I got myself a box and was blown away by how good they were especially the chocolate chip cookie it was warm and had that soft melted taste and feeling in the middle almost like they were made fresh; which they were. Although a fair warning, try to eat only one for they are very filling. The store is a little hard to spot due to it being on an awkward road. The lights inside the store are a little blinding but they are well worth the cookies. Whether you get them in the morning or at night they taste great. The staff is very friendly and helpful with orders and suggestions of what to get,but be patient with some of the employees because they tend to be younger and just starting, but they are usually accompanied by a more veteran employee. I will definitely be coming back...

SO GOOD! Way better than Insomnia cookies. We bought all of the flavors of the week. I absolutely hate sugar cookies and I can honestly say, Crumbl Sugar Cookies are absolutely delicious! The vanilla flavor is really good. The frosting on top isn't greasy the way other places make sugar cookies. The Buckeye Brownie is extremely rich and decadent. The layer of PB is thick and then there's a gooey chocolate poured on top of that. I loved the chewiness of the Maple Oatmeal cookie. The flavor was great too. My kids really liked the Cake Batter cookie. It was served nice and warm with freshly piped frosting on top. The milk chocolate chip cookie is a classic. Gooey chocolate and a super soft cookie. Also, very decadent.

We purchased the dulce de leche too but have yet to try it. I trust it's going to be just as good as the others.

The cookies are extremely rich, I suggest getting milk or taking these home and having some coffee. They are a little pricey, but they're huge cookies. 1 cookie can give 4...
