It's a Chipotle, so it meets all the standards of a franchise foodwise. The only thing I would add is that they close at 9p instead of 10p. What I mean by that is this: Although, the posted closing time is at 10p, by 830p on weekdays, on a semi-consistent basis, all the chairs in the dining room or at least most of them have been put on the tables for end of day cleaning. They'll have run out of chips or certain meats/toppings. Sometimes, instead of 830p, they will start to shut down by 9p. Again, in both cases, they won't have all the toppings or will have run out of chips for the day. In these instances, it's a bit confusing because the posted closing time is 10p. 22:00. But you'll walk in at 830p, 1.5 hours before closing, and the place will look like they're shutting down in 10min. It's fine for chains to wrap up early but 1.5 to 1 hour before closing? If no one wants to go home late, then maybe make the closing time earlier. I don't know what else to say. Maybe it's a weird review, but again, if the employees don't want to be there that late, it's fine. Really, it is. Otherwise, prepare to walk in and have a Veggie bowl because the only meat option is some dusty looking carnitas and they aren't making anything else for the day.
TLDR: Make the closing time earlier so the employees and customers are happy. Employees because they get to go home at semi decent time. Customers will be happy because they'll have...
Read moreWhere do I start. I walked in and it feels like your so pressured to place your order , please roll back the video to see it started with one guy helping them it was two males and one female and so much talking at the same time .They didn’t even get my order right and look at my guacamole. It’s black, I came right home. I know after they gave me 🥑 , they brought a new one out so I was served the old bottom of the metal bowl . I will attach pictures. I asked the why for the chicken quesadilla meal, and he said it only comes with two sides, he didn’t even give it to me on a burrito tortilla, he gave me one tortilla folded in half no chicken and I was charged for black guacamole. That was one meal gone bad and wrong and didn’t eat. Then my husband opens his and the guacamole was all black. I understand guacamole changes colors but not that black that fast , considering when I was paying they brought a brand new one out . They need to slow it down and not have 3 people taking same persons order, so mistakes like this don’t happen. Then for health matters , if you see that the guacamole was at the bottom of the bowl , and it’s black get rid of it. We pay way over what we should be charged for anything there and this goes to show food safety doesn’t matter ....
Read moreI’ve given the Chipotle on Ogden and La Grange more chances than it deserves, and every single time, it’s been a disaster. Living five minutes away isn’t worth the disappointment.
Child-Sized Portions. Every. Single. Time.
They measure every spoonful like they’re rationing food in an apocalypse. The portions are so pathetic.
No accountability
Pick-up or delivery? Forget it. Tough luck. Here's a chicken bowl filled half way up and missing the guac you paid for- that'll be $18.99.
Slower than the DMV
This location is rarely crowded on weekdays, which should be a good thing, right? Nope - you'll be waiting until they're done scrolling their Snapchat stories. Your burrito bowl might have make a cameo on an employees TikTok though.
Rude and unapologetic staff
Basic manners? Nonexistent. “Please,” “thank you,” or even a smile? Don’t count on it. You might even catch a stray by a snotty teenager like I did for not mentioning my Chipotle Rewards QR code BEFORE they rung up my order. OH THE INCONVENIENCE. Sorry, I didn’t realize their job was my fault. Sorry to keep the ONE other customer behind me waiting an extra 14 seconds.
Just don't go here. Countryside Chipotle is 5 minutes directly down LaGrange....
