My Dog's Groomer — Local services in Proviso Township

Wish I could give a 0 review. This was the 2nd time I take my dog here and I went with this place because of the reviews. The first time I took my puppy, they did a good job. However, the appointment was at 3pm and called me at 4:40pm to pick him up. I live around 15 minutes from there. They were bothered because it was 5:03pm when pulling up to get him. I decided to give them another chance, took him for another grooming. Phone number was verified before leaving him. I was starting to get worried after 3 hours and my husband calls me and says they called him FINALLY and said they have been calling me. I call and she tells me that she has been calling the wrong number. I can tell that she is really annoyed and then she tells me we need to hurry because he is crying and trying to hump on the other dogs. He is a puppy and literally turned 1 two days later. If this is your business and profession then you should know that puppies are hyper and tend to want to hump other dogs. If you are his groomer this is your responsibility to take care of and should have more patience. Also why are all the dogs kept together? What if they bite or get bitten while in your care/business? I will never bring him back and wanted to let everyone know, if you have a puppy DO NOT bring him here, they do not have patience for them and also leave them all out together and your dog may get bit for this...

After posting my first review a few hours later I recieved a phone call at first she told me she was booked for the next two weeks and would call me if there was any cancellations. A few minutes later I got a call back and had an appointment for the very next day. I'm very pleased with the service and the price. She treated my baby like a princess. We are already booked for my babies next appointment. I would recommend her to everyone. I would just give a warning that when you call have the time to wait for the call back. In my case it was an emergency and I was looking for a new groomer. As I said before I'm very pleased with her and have already recommended her...

The stylist is very Professional and caring. She followed my instructions not to cut my Pomeranian’s infamous palm leaf tail which every other groomer has failed to follow. I also appreciate The time she takes for my dog and considerate of my time aswell no long wait!!! whereas other groomers hold my dog hostage for 5 -6 hours in a cage terrified. I informed the staff my dog is not neutered and anti social with other dogs. When I walked in to pay and pick up my dog, she was playing with staff and happy -I couldn’t believe this place was exactly what I’ve been looking for all these years!!!! Decent prices & amazing...
