They don’t let you bring in water bottles if it’s a certain size too large of a bottle. Complete cash grab. Management and staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. They act like TSA agents when you walk in.
Owner responded by saying “any other with a cafeteria has this policy” this is not true. I’ve been to HUNDREDS of sport facilities of all kinds all across this country, let alone in this state, and this place is the only I’ve been to that doesn’t allow you to bring your own WATER!! What kind of place where you PLAY SOCCER doesn’t let you to bring your own water??? They didn’t let me play there because my water bottle was “2 mL too large.” When I asked the owner what the reasoning behind this policy is, he had no answer. Instead, he walked away rudely. It’s probably because he doesn’t want to admit he wants people buying drinks from his bar instead of bringing their own water. I’d advise that anyone with a medical condition should...
Read moreThis place is called 5 star sports when it doesn’t even deserve one 💅 Would like to give this place a zero if possible.
First off DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN WATER. THEY ARE WATER BOTTLE HATERS. I walked in to play a SOCCER GAME, and was told I cannot bring my own bottle in. After proving it was only water, I was forced to leave and threated to have the COPS called on me. The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t take into consideration about your own personal belongs in your bag.
Second, the parking situation is terrible. If you’re going to have a sports facility, please keep in mind people are going to need places to park. I don’t want to be parking my car miles down the road in a bad neighborhood. That should have been my first red flag about this place.
I would avoid this place at all costs. I could think of a million other places to play a soccer game before ever choosing here. Hell I’d even play outside in this cold weather before ever...
