I don’t really do this but, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred today while I was at your store. All the lights from the cashiers were off only two on, and there were still people in line so I went to look for the smaller line when I get in line the cashier is a young girl who was with other costumers she saw me in the line, when I got closer to her she put the closed sign she didn’t even tell me anything like “oh I’m sorry I’m already closed” nothing, she was rushing to close and leave! when I got close to her and about to put my stuff in the line she said “ it’s closed “ with attitude. Rude young girl, my response to her was “you saw me getting in line and you barely telling me? She said “well you see the light off” rudeeeee, keep in mind all the lights are off only two cashiers were on. How rude was that? I got very upset, you guys should hired nicer people. This store opened earlier this month. My family went there for our weekly grocery run. One of the first things I noticed was the carts had a drink holder, a mobile phone holder - I thought that was a nice touch. You are greated by the produce department. The department is well stocked. My husband felt the cucumbers and radishes were not good quality, and the fruit and other vegetables were fine. We were greeted immediately at the deli department. The first person who greeted us did not speak English, and I was handed off to maybe the department manager who got all my items. I need to state that although I have limited Spanish, my husband is conversational in Spanish and was able to step in. There were several instances my lack of Spanish language was a hindrance.
