Quick Stop New and Used Tires — Local services in Purvis

I'm all for supporting locals but I will never use Purvis Quick Stop Tire Shop again. We went to them to replace our tire as we had patched it and it needed replaced because it started leaking. We had just put air in them the day before so we know what the rims looked like. None of them were scratched. Our vehicle is still pretty new and in great shape overall. We try our hardest to keep it nice. It was a very expensive purchase. Upon inspection before leaving from getting the tire replaced, my husband noticed all the scratches on the rim and mentioned it to them. They got super rude with him. We trusted them to get the job done and fix the issue properly but instead it was done poorly and then wanted to argue that it was because we've hit curbs and its grease/oil. It was our driver side rear tire. I'll attatch pictures. We haven't hit curbs and like stated, we aired that tire up the day before we had them replace it and these scratches (multiple long scratches) were not there and that's certainly not grease. I've given this business thousands of dollars between tires and brakes over the years. I got a tire from them this morning, all they had was used in my size, come out to lunch and that tire is flat. Call him and say hey bro the tire I got from you this morning is flat and I'm kinda stuck at work. His response was "that's not my problem if you want it fixed you need to get it up here" I work less than a mile away and he said they don't leave the job for customers.
