My hubby and I visited here for the first time today. It was a great experience! The owner was very attentive and let us know what was going on with our car. We received a complimentary water which was much needed at that time. I appreciate that the owner and his employee were quick and knowledgeable. We weren't there for long. We would definitely be going back to Costa oil!! We want to support local businesses. 😊

The last time I got my oil changed (at a different establishment) they insisted that I needed an air filter. I am generally skeptical of suggestions at some places, so I declined. Today I got my oil changed and asked him to change the filter since I never got anyone to check it and to my surprise, he told me my filter was good. I went in for an oil change and their computer systems were down, the owner was very up front about this and apologized. It was no problem for me but they still gave a discount for the inconvenience. There was a slight issue by no fault of theirs with a bad gasket and again they made it right 100%. I would recommend them to anyone and would bring my own car back again.
