One of our Co-Workers lost his Grandfather, we all work on an off-shore drilling rig and I am not from the area. I found this flower shop online and decided to take a chance. When I called I was greeted very professionally by Amy Noble, she was very kind and assisted us in what would be nice and appropriate item for the funeral. When she finished helping us pick out a nice arrangement she verified everything, then even took pictures with he personal cell phone and texted pictures of the arrangement to me. I ordered a dozen roses this morning at 8 am and requested that they be delivered by 10 am to a very special lady in my life. Not only were the flowers absolutely gorgeous and arranged beautifully, they were delivered by 9am, an hour early. Now that's what I call superior customer service and a professionally run business. Used online service - first set did not match photo arrangement in anyway. I contacted the online service and again new arrangement still did not match . Only 4 roses in the first and only 5 in the second - with lots of fillers and not the lush rose arrangement chosen. They had the option to do the right thing...
