If I could give them a zero star I would I’ve had problems with the battery from O’Reillys for the second time first time they warranty it out now they don’t want to warranty because they claim froze, The battery was in the car running less than a week ago and now it’s frozen I’ve got batteries that sit outdoors not being used it don’t freeze that fast. I tried to explain to them 40 years of turning a wrench in working on cars I have never had a battery freeze in four days unless there was something else wrong with that battery they did not want listen and they hung the phone up on me rude customer service don’t wanna stand behind their product I have an issue...

This should be 6 STARS! I went to Advance Auto Supply and they said they couldn't help me with an issues regarding trailer running lights not working. He said to buy a tester and that's all he could do to help. Luckily I didn't give up and went down the road, walking into O'REILLY's and Glen greats me before I am even through the front door and asked what I needed. Explained my issues. He said "not sure if i can help but let's take a look, 15 minutes later and $4.49 he fixed my issue! I asked if he owned the place...nope, just a good guy willing to help even on the smallest of sales! Thank you Glen, don't ever get an Advance Auto attitude!...

Great store; always clean and tidy, staff is always friendly. And today I needed some antifreeze, a few jugs. After ringing me up, the associate (I think his name was Cody?) held both doors open for me while I was carrying the jugs to my car, and even held them for me briefly so I could unlock and open my car. It's a small gesture, but one I certainly appreciate. Can't say I've had a store associate help me with like that before. So yeah highly recommend. Great place for...
