Victim of not reading the reviews before trying to order my best friend’s birthday flowers through their website. As somebody who does not live in state, I was looking for a reliable flower delivery shop and wanted to go with a small business rather than 1- 800-flowers… My mistake! after placing the order two days ahead of time, nobody contacted me to let me know that there was an issue with the order and they would not be able to fulfill it. I only found out the day after my order was supposed to be delivered when I called in to figure out where it was. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and had no sense of empathy for somebody who just tried to spend $300 on a flower bouquet.. instead insisted that their one employee had tried calling me once.. (I had no calls from their shop) she proceeded to place me on hold several times just to tell me she could not help me and made it out to be my fault because I placed an order from out of state?? Also note that their ordering system, even on their OWN SITE will allow for you as a consumer to request a delivery that is “out of their normal bounds of service”. As someone who works in customer service, if they would have really reached out and contacted me, I would have given 5 stars but I have no patience for the kind of, or lack of, service...

Very disappointed with the service, quality and presentation of this florist. My mother in law paid nearly 300 for an arrangement for a memorial service. It was absolutely pathetic. It looked about half the size of what was promised online. Compared to the other bouquets at the service, it looked cheap, small, and just subpar. She even paid 50 dollars extra for ribbon I could have made… and that’s not saying much.

What I think bothered me the most is the customer service displayed by the person my Mother In Law spoke to. The woman was very difficult and didn’t believe our assessment of the bouquet. She reminded us “of their great reputation” and offered a 10 percent discount for “our next order.” Just shameful. No accountability. No effort to make things right. With so many florists in the area, and services like 1-800-flowers to boot, I would consider anyone else for our next order of...

I recently went to this flower shop, it was the closest where I was and I needed a simple flower arrangement. All I wanted was a dozen of roses in a vase. Paid $60 , which I did not mind …. What I minded was the attitude from the lady.. she cut the stems uneven… it looked very bad… just as the lady’s unfriendly and negative mood. Poor customer service. I regret giving them...
