Sodalicious — Restaurant in Queen Creek

I love getting a soda here. I have gotten to the point where if I really just want to get a soda I will come here instead of going to a gas station just because I can go through the drive through and because of the yummy add-ins. I am giving 2 stars though for two main reasons.

The first reason is that this place is really bad at sending people out to do mobile orders when the drive through line is long. Other soda places like Swig generally just keep someone out there to take orders and move people through faster. If I drive by which is multiple times a week and close to daily, and the line leaves the drive through entrance with nobody out there I just keep driving. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or nobody paying attention, but I’ll go to the gas station because I don’t have time to sit in line for a half hour no matter how good the drink is.

The second reason is that they regularly get my order wrong. I specifically asked for my drink with half and half today, and they even wrote it on my cup and charged me for it, but my drink did not have it. Trouble is that I was already out of the line and no way was I going back through (see reason 1). It only seems to be this location too because I quite often go to the Val Vista and Williams Field location and never have that problem, but this is the third or fourth time in the last month or so that they have messed up my order. One time I even mentioned it the next day and the person at the window barely even acknowledged me. Another time I caught the mistake before driving away, and they fixed it. I don’t know why it seems to be so difficult for them, but I am about done with this place. It’s the closest soda place like this to me, but I’ll settle for the gas station or Sonic if it keeps happening. I’ll save time...

I went around 8pm I ordered a butterscotch root beer and a cheery almond vanilla drpepper the girl at the window handed me a scotcharoo and when I told her I ordered a butterbrew she took it back from the car after I already paid and made the drink for me but the drink only cost 2dollars and some change this scotcharoo cost more than 3 dollars because my order cost me 7 dollars it made me upset because I asked her how much the scotcharoo cost and she said don’t worry about it it would’ve been more expensive if I charged you for the two drinks it was cheaper is what she was telling me which doesn’t make sense because I ordered 2 12 ounce drinks and I usually order 2 32 ounce drinks and they never cost me 7 dollars this experience has turned me away from the company that was inconsiderate of her to not even tell me the price of the food I payed for and I have worked in the restaurant and fast food business if someone touches the food you can’t bring it back into the restaurant it’s a health code violation but I will not be returning and I will be spreading this information to...

Good cookies, but service was mediocre. First time in using coupon that said free cookie with purchase of 32oz. soda. There were mo exclusions or fine print on coupon. I chose cookie of the month and was told I couldn't choose that cookie. I looked twice at the coupon and said it doesn't say anything on the coupon and the girl said well that's the policy. Basically coupon holders can only have certain cookies. Anyway... there were others behind me so I just accepted it but think it's very misleading.
