Super disappointing, I used to LOVE firehouse... But now I don't know why I continue to give this place more chances, it always comes out wrong. I asked for no onions and no peppers. First attempt, the sandwich had both, they said they'd remake it. They did and it had onions on it, again. Then to add just a little something extra, the included a few black hairs in my sandwich. So that was great. You've fooled me for the last time Firehouse.

Team currently working here did a amazing job. Seems like they are super busy with online orders due to covid19, but during my short wait for the sub, i saw that they worked together efficiently, and communicated well amongst each other. Props to the manager on duty. Sub tasted delicious too. (Pastrami)

$7.49 for this 3 inch "sub" with a tiny bit of meat on it. That's outrageous. If you're going to sell a "small" for $7.49 plus tax you should add that its 3 inches in the description.

I have been going to this location since it opened and have always been happy with the service and food, however, on 7/15 I can't say that it was a pleasant experience at all. After ordering 5 subs and receiving them, my son's sandwich, which was ordered as ham with provolone and pickles only arrived at the table fully involved, so it was sent back, from where my family and I were seated we could see behind the counter and watched as one employee disassembled the sandwich and scraped the toppings off using a napkin to wipe away the condiments off the bread. My wife then approached the counter to ask that the sandwich be remade completely, she then commented about the possibility of allergies and proper food handling ( she's in the food service industry), and here is where things went horribly wrong. Maddison (the manager) who was standing right next to the guy scraping toppings off our sandwich with a napkin looks at my wife and instead of offering an apology or correcting the employee tells my wife to not yell at her employee, no yelling at this point by the way, my wife then informed her of proper food handling, possibility of allergies and asked for the owners contact info. But wait it doesn't stop there, had to ask a second time for owners contact info, at which point Maddison decides to demand our names, not ask demand. Maddison then could be heard across the restraunt discussing this issue with other employees, derogatory comments about my wife, me and my family included. But wait there more, Josh the register operator and one who took our orders approached my wife and I to apologize (first one received by the way) for entering the order wrong, which was very nice of him since not many people fess up to mistakes any more, and here's the topper, as Josh was apologizing and we were having a pleasant conversation, Maddison comes stomping out of the back with yet more demands of why we were talking to HER employee, informing us that she had a managers shirt on for a reason blah blah blah, and here's where I lost my temper, told her to go away and that a simple apology at the first encounter would have ended this from the start, yes there were expletives used on my part but only after being berated over and over again by a manager who apparently thought she was very important because of the color of her shirt. Maddison treated her position as one of dictator and not one of leader, her way of dealing with a simple issue spiraled out of control due to her constant picking and less than desireable customer service ability, along with treating her fellow team members as less than her by not even allowing a conversation between Josh and an upset customer, by the way Josh was doing a much better job at diffusing the situation than Maddison even made an attempt at. If these are the types of managers you employ I doubt me or any of my family members will ever return to your...

If you like your sandwiches or any of your food items to be served with a side of ā€œroach a la modeā€, you should definitely dine here!

Paired with their disgustingly rude and highly unprofessional staff who is rather occupied with and prioritizes listening to their latest YouTube artist on their airpods while allegedly ā€œworkingā€, add to that giving lip, hefty, nasty attitude towards customers, I will NOT be back and neither will any of my family members, relatives, friends or work colleagues!

We saw enough to never return.

There were two roaches squirming on the floor and, when I approached one of the attendants to bring that to her attention, which was hard enough to obtain since again, they are too ā€œbusyā€ chatting and laughing with each other, I was immediately facing dismissive behaviour and a blank stare.

Instead of immediately attending the issue and cleaning up those nasty and filthy roaches, the employee just ignored me and carried on with whatever she was so ā€œbusyā€ with, chatting with her work buddy.

As an industry veteran who has worked for and with most luxury hotels and restaurants, this was an atrocious experience and this establishments needs to be SHUT DOWN, immediately.

Never in my life have I had the displeasure of having encountered a more obnoxious, unprofessional, rude, inattentive, slow and simply reckless and careless staff than at Firehouse subs in Queen Creek.

The latter refers to having made all of our sandwiches wrong with ingredients having been missing or added when we had ordered something different.

Again, there is ZERO attention to detail, but being obnoxious and condescending seems to be their specialty, paired with a solid amount of incompetence.

Spare yourself and your hard earned money and head to any other sandwich place in the Queen Creek or San Tan Valley area where you can find professional, genuine, warm hospitality WITHOUT a side of roaches and unhinged attitude which we faced after we asked for our sandwiches to be prepared with the ingredients we had asked and paid for.

After we finally received our sandwiches, they looked and felt like food that was already chewed and spat out, absolutely sloppy and far from ā€œfreshā€!

Go to any other other sandwich shop, BUT to Firehouse Subs in Queen Creek!

There are so many other options in the area after all!

We won’t be back! Mind you, my family and I are very forgiving and tolerant. But, this experience certainly broke the camel’s back, in the WORST possible manner!

Absolutely disgusting with respect to food as well as service!

And ā€œambianceā€? WHAT ā€œambianceā€?!

The roaches I suppose can be called ā€œambianceā€ according to this place’s restaurant management.

Shame. We came with high hopes, but left hungry, disgusted and...

I called in an order at 8:45pm to pick-up a couple sandwiches, the gentleman that took my order at the end of the call mentioned they were going to close in 15 minutes at 9:00pm, I told him that would be fine I was driving to the restaurant as I placed the order. I arrived at 8:55 to find the doors shut and locked. There were 3 other parties sitting inside waiting for their sandwiches, the person I'm guessing who took my order saw me at the counter he was making sandwiches and made every attempt not to give me any eye contact. The young guy mopping the floors told me they were closed and would not help me. I explained that I called in my order 10 minutes prior and I was told my sandwiches would be ready but the Manager proceeded not to acknowledge me. I noticed the other patrons one by one were getting their food and leaving through the back door, I proceeded to the back door and asked if I would be sold my sandwiches and the Manager said no. I asked him why and he said I got there too late, he also mentioned he made the sandwiches but still couldn't sell them to me. I asked him what he is going to do with the sandwiches and he said most likely just give them away or throw them out. This was both inappropriate and unprofessional, I was not treated like a valued patron. Firehouse Subs WAS one of our favorite venues but this experience was horrible and will think twice about ever purchasing subs from this restaurant again. I think your Management team really needs to be trained on Customer Service and how the deal...
