When I got up to the window to palce my order, Catrina D told me I missed the speaker to place my order. She then proceeded to tell me I had to go out and go around the entire building again and do it right this time. I thought she was joking. There were NO cars behine me and they were pretty dead. She said that she will not be taking orders from the window any longer. She NEVER said this was store policy, just her policy. Obviously, this has been a reoccurring problem since she said "I will no longer take orders from the window". I just sat there shocked at the ridiculousness of the situation and why she was being so nasty. I would have just left but the items were for friends. I decided to go into the store instead of driving around. One of the items I purchased was a med cone. I have never seen a cone so small. You have lost a customer due to Catrina D rudeness. There was no reason for me to drive around the building again, since there were no other customers in line. Catrina wanted to show me who is in charge. It would be nice if DQ could hire employees who know what customer service means. I don't care if she had a bad day, you have no right to take it out on me. All I got was 1 chocolate chip shake and 2 kids cones. I wanted like a vanilla chocolate chip shake. They made a chocolate shake at first. That means it was 18.40 for 1 shake and 2 kids cones.
