Switch Brews Coffee House and Taproom — Restaurant in Queen Creek

We were excited to try this new coffee place in Queen Creek! My college age daughters offered to pick up our drinks. The staff was friendly and professional. We ordered five drinks, four of which the staff put in a drink carrier. As my daughters walked into the house, the drink carrier handle broke, and all four drinks fell to the floor spilling all over. My daughters went back to Switch Brews in the hope that our drinks would be made at the expense of Switch Brews since it was their drink carrier that caused the mishap. Again, the staff was friendly and apologetic. They offered 20% off and said they could do nothing more. I'm not sure if it was because a manager or owner was not present. We did not reorder. My daughters did try their drinks on the short drive home. One said her drink was great(5 stars), and the other said her drink was good(3 stars). The one drink that made it through unscathed was good(3 stars). The staff and the drinks would qualify for a return visit. We absolutely love Switch Brews! From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was going to be a new favorite spot. The atmosphere is welcoming and has the perfect vibe whether you're grabbing coffee in the morning or winding down with a drink in the evening.

The beer wall is such a cool feature! Super convenient and stocked with an awesome selection of craft beers and wines. It’s fun to try different options without having to commit to a full pour right away.

And the coffee? Absolutely amazing. You can tell they put real care into every cup. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just need a quick pick-me-up, this place has you covered.

On top of all that, the staff is incredibly friendly, which makes all the difference. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.

I recently visited Switch Brews in Queen Creek, and it was an absolute delight! This unique spot seamlessly blends a cozy coffee house vibe with an innovative taproom experience, making it perfect for any time of day. The transition to a taproom in the afternoon is genius, with a self-serve tap wall featuring 24 rotating local craft brews, ciders, and wines that make sampling a blast. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a big mural, indoor and patio seating, and fun games and books for both kids and adults. The staff, especially August, was incredibly friendly and patient, even with my little one confidently placing her own order!
