Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Queen Creek

So.. if you need to find clothes, and you don't care about a huge selection, that's Ross. They have men's and women's clothes, some electronics, some kitchen wear boots, socks, and for some reason, a small selection of candy and snacks. Don't go here for your child drinks. No refrigerator at Ross. The lines are longer around 2-3pm in the afternoon, so go early. 9 am opening. I used to go here for my board shorts, but they seem to be excluding Hurley, O'neil, etc.. the only swim shorts I can find are from non- beach brands. Nike, maybe some off brands I don't recognize.. Springtime = new clothes In the past shopping at this Ross seemed to take all day. However, not today we spent about 2 hrs shopping in the girls and mens section. I like how Ross created a more smoother ahopping experience by simply moving sections around. We found several items worthy of purchasing in the mens section (3- button short sleeve shirts, 3-pair of pants, socks and boxers). I loved the new childrens section i found more than 20 items for my daugther to try on. (2-dresses, 1 romper, 2-shirts, 2-leggings 1 pair of jeans). We also bought a duffel bag. We paid a total of $230 for all the above items. I would of given 5 stars but the fitting room area was in need of some attention. I found goldfish crackers scraps all over the floor and inside the fitting room seating. Nonetheless the employees were friendly and overall the store appeared well...

I went there to return something and Yolanda had a dog face. Very unprofessional at the lowest level .Be kind to kind customers. You jumped into a transaction to help and told me ''customers usually don't bring in receipts in a bag and have them separated for the clothes" well if you would of been there for the whole conversation I told her I could not see the small print and just wanted store credit anyways and had my ID so I can leave. But you jumped in and off to crazy land you went .Shows a very sad level of personality equal to a goat. Girl get to the gym and eat healthier is all I can tell you and maybe see a Dr. for the things you cant handle.
