The store needs to be cleaned better, there is stuff all over the floors. I purchased 2 pairs of jeans. Buy one get one 50% off. When I asked the girl at the counter why the discount wasn't applied she stated that it's because you have to buy the same pair. However the signs above state buy one get one- above various pairs of pants and brands. I disregarded and paid the extra and left the store. Only to read my e recipt that the discount code for both jeans was the same. So the discount did apply and the cashier didn't feel like doing the extra work to fix the code. Debating going back and discussing with manager or cutting my losses and not shopping at old navy anymore.
