Torrid — Local services in Queen Creek

My sister and I were spending the day together to celebrate our birthdays, which are both in December. Two bodacious gals, out on the town with their Torrid birthday rewards electronically in hand, and a whole store full of trendsetting plus size attire at their disposal. Oh the wonders we did behold! Black mesh under there ware...jeans in red... boyfriend style... leggings and jackets and shirts, oh my! Yes, it was all there. Oh and the DEALS! Enough to make a gal stay all day. How was the service, you might ask? Our attendant McKinley had just moved here from Utah. OMG small world! WE are from Utah! (No relation) Fate had settled upon us that cold December day.

McKinley was friendly and knowledgeable, a treasure of an employee if I may say!

Katelyn said nice things to us even AFTER we had made our purchase! For example, she said that Poka dot shirt did NOT make me look pregnant and that in fact it even looked good on me! Thank you Katelyn. Your kindness and genuineness move me.

I love how kind the employees are! I have never had a bad experience. It's nice to have a place to go and feel comfortable in my skin. With that being said, I have found the clothes (including bras) are good for a 2-3 time wear. Everything falls apart. Buttons, seams, wires from bras, jewelry, etc. I don't understand how a company can charge so much for items that are so poorly made. I'm making this comment after years if shopping with Torrid. I literally spend so much here when really, Target had a good plus size section qnd accept returns longer and are priced well. I hope the...

Has to be the worse shoe repair in arizona ... I dropped off to casual pairs of shoes to get resoled and polished . I was told 5 days tops to get shoes back .. that was almost a month ago. 1 pair glue was everywhere and soles were coming apart glad I checked at store.. What makes matters worse I haven't spoken to the manager yet. Did I mention they lost the 2nd pair!! I came in today to try and meet this manager or pick up shoes , the same pair were available soles still coming apart left number again for 6th time. Terrible...
