I stood at the cash register for a solid three minutes waiting for someone to ring me up, the manager esoc or whatever his name is walked right past me behind the counter, without acknowledging me, on his phone, and his back to me. Tyler walked in, and went to clock in, and saw me standing there and asked his manager if he was going to help me. Esoc said no, he's off the clock, and he's gonna go get food. I get it, you're off the clock; but as a manager, you should still be able to speak with a customer who you know has been waiting for a while, and let them know someone will be right with them/ask one of your employees to help (its honestly two minutes of your time). Instead, he didn't even look up from his phone. Tyler couldn't help me either, since he still hasn't clocked in, so he asked another employee to ring me up, and the employee said no, because he's too busy talking and not working. So I had to wait for tyler to get all set up so he could ring me up and apologize for everyone else's actions. I'm sure that's a great way to start a shift. Point is, I've never seen such poor customer service, but that's what happens when you make a teenager with zero work ethic a manager. Read moreI recently went to this Tilly's to purchase 2 pairs or birken stocks which are not cheap at all. I was greeted by a very rude lady at the door with shorter hair but everyone else were very nice. I decided on one pair of birken stocks that were sold in the store. And another pair that didn't have my size in person. The birkenstocks that i had to buy online were the mocha colored clogs ones. And i want to buy them online cause they were priced at 50 something dollars which is typically 100 dollars cheaper then usual. I jumped on this price deal and even had the shorter hair lady check the price on the shoes as i didn't think they'd be so cheap. She checked the price and sent me over to another lady to order the shoes online. I just received my birkenstocks that i were very excited to get and their not ANYWHERE near the ones i ordered. The ones i received are a plastic material (not quirk like the ones i ordered) and are a completely different type of shoe. I am currently trying to get in contact to get this issue solved but every-time i call it says to call back later. I am extremely upset that this store messed up my order...
Read moreFound a pair of jeans for my daughter today on the clearance rack. She tried them on and the clerk mentioned if I buy two I get another pair half off. I said oh well these are clearance Jeans. She took them and said they are not on clearance and were marked wrong. She showed the manager and they took the tag off and repriced. Didn’t honor the price with the tag I found them for. Never have I even had a store not honor the tagged price. We literally had them, tried them on, and when my daughter came out of the dressing room she literally took them from us, went to the manager and retagged them, came back and said ya sorry the tag was wrong but if you want them I can get them back to you once we retag it.
