T.J. Maxx — Local services in Queen Creek

I went in today to make a return and the The person at the jewelry dept. Salpi W. was extremely rude. (Every time I go she’s always been rude) I told her that I needed to return a necklace because I didn’t like how it looked on me. She stared questioning me about my return, which I didn’t pay much attention to it at first until she didn’t want to return it because I didn’t have my card with me. She said “you don’t have your card with you?” In a questioning tone that made me feel uncomfortable, when I asked her if I could get cash back or a store credit she refused and made up excuses on how she couldn’t do that because then she would have to put it as me not having my receipt? It made no sense since I worked at tj maxx before in the jewelry dept. when I asked her if I could speak to her manager she got a gentleman who was also very confused at the fact that she didn’t want to let me make the return, he then took it to his manager who approved my return and even then salpi kept on trying to tell him to not let me make the return with the excuses of my bank not clearing the transaction yet? I’m sorry but what? I didn’t know making a simple return would cause such a big issue and make me feel discriminated! I visited this store today, and oh lord this elderly lady is so rude gave me a attitude saying a lamp warmer doesn’t come with a bulb but yet on the tag it says it includes a bulb and I ask if I can get the manager to get a discount for a missing part and manager younger lady was very sweet and then when the elderly lady comes back she still has the nerve to tell me Well your only getting g $2 dollars off! Mind you she was not even the cashier helping me, she just had to get that out her chest cause she was upset I showed her where it stated the lamp warmer included the bulb, smh they need better costumer...

I never really do reviews , but honestly this tjmax isn’t anything compared to the other ones I’ve been to ! The workers are extremely nice here and most workers at tjmax are just so mean and don’t have good customer service , ALEX is the main worker who had helped me out with blankets the most sweet kind gentleman , I just wanted to shout him out because he truly likes to give the costumers who come in a good experience even if he’s extremely busy with stocking up items , thank you Alex for giving me such a good experience and this location is the one I’ll definitely be...
