!!! Beware before making an appointment with this establishment. !!!

I made an appointment online through their website five days before the scheduled date and time. I even received a confirmation email and a reminder email about my appointment. When I arrived the man that was working helped the lady in front of me and she informed him if she made an appointment and she said that she called and spoke to a guy to schedule her appointment. The man seemed confused and was not tracking her appointment, but said he would fit her in.

I stepped up to the counter and he asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes I made it online. He did say that the website should have not allowed me to set an appointment and that he was not tracking me on the schedule. I showed him the email showing the confirmation so he could be aware that his website indeed allowed ppl to schedule an appointment with his establishment. He was like well it shouldn't have let you and no need to show him the email. He asked for my information and asked what I was needing to be done. I informed him I was wanting my windows tinted and to make it whatever the State of Ohio allows. He came back and was like you should have done your research and that it was not his job to tell him that considering he was in the state of Kentucky. Even though he might have been right. I should have done the research, I was just surprised by his remarks. I've been to several tinting establishments that provide excellent customer service provide that information to their customers.

No big deal I googled the information and provided it to him. I took a seat and about 20 minutes later he walked back out and asked me which vehicle was mine. When I verified my car with him. He started to explain how this would take him 3-5 hours to complete and that he had other appointments scheduled. He then stated how he wouldn't be able to see me until Tuesday. I was very confused about what he was asking from me, so I said are you asking me to reschedule or are you able to get it done today? He was very inconsistent with his remarks and was like I can do it, but it's going to take me a long time. He was very passive-aggressive with his statements and behavior and I was just trying to figure what he was asking of me. Out of no where he asked me to leave his store.

Finally I was like just give my keys back and that I was very disappointed with how he treats his customers. He made sure he told me he had a 98% approval and that he will be just fine without my business.

I have no clue how the turnout would be considering how unprofessional this establishment is and how they go about booking appointments.

I will never book an appointment with them again and will never recommend this place to anyone ever. This was a complete...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service!!! If you have the means to take your vehicle to another shop, I highly recommend that you do just that! Jordan the owner is VERY unprofessional and DOES NOT value his customers. My husband and I had the worst experience attempting to get window tinting on my SUV. First off, he was an hour late, then when we walked into the store, we were greeted by a loud marijuana smell. He was in the back and when he came to the front of the store, he gave us a lame excuse, that he had a friend who had a flat tire and that was the reason he was late. No apology, but just went right into asking the other lady that was there to get service what time her appointment was. Both of us had 10:00 a.m. appointments, but he kept saying ours was at 10:30 according to his scheduling book. I then told him that we booked/confirmed the appointment online on his site for 10:00 and he replied "yeah, we don't check that"...I then replied "well why have that option available, if you don't use it?"...Guess that upset him, because it was all downhill from there. I asked my husband if he was ready to leave and Jordan told us "you can leave, that's fine". I felt very disrespected because I was not speaking to him, only my husband. We then proceeded towards the door and Jordan came from around the counter and proceeded toward us. Of course my natural defense kicked in and I turned around to tell him to back off. We exchanged a few words, it got pretty intense, and then my husband and I left...I have been advised by multiple locals that this man has issues and this is not the first time they heard of customer disputes with him. His first shop was shutdown, due to allegedly selling drugs out of it. A friend of mine had work done at this shop and said that she has bubbles on her tinted windows, so he doesn't do good work either. Please don't patronize this shop, I support independent businesses, but this business is one that should definitely be shut down for good! Wish I would've read others reviews before attempting to do business here. If I could rate it no...

Called through the week and scheduled an appointment for our truck with Dre. We were scheduled for a day that was closed but Had a 4pm appointment. We arrived at 3, not expecting our vehicle to be started on early but merely to drop the truck off until Dre was ready to do the vehicle. We were out running errands so decided to just get him the keys. My husband and I heavily respect small businesses but Dre was initially rude stating when I called, it’s only 3pm when we were only dropping it off. This should have been the red flag.

There were some bubble spot and Dre stated give it a few days, truck was tinted on Sunday and by Wednesday it was one spot where it was a bubble and it popped and literally light comes through that hole. Apparently, my husband called to speak with Dre about it and Dre basically went on about “ how my husband must have let the window down or hit it with a seatbelt” …nonetheless when my husband asked to bring it back he stated to my husband “ do you not understand what I am saying to you”! At this point, my husband felt disrespected as anyone should. Dre basically told him to wait two weeks before bringing it back.

If you want to deal with someone who is rude and doesn’t stand on his own warranty policy, go to this place. Heavily disappointed…we have never met Dre before this encounter so it was baffling to have...
