I do not recommend this place.very unorganized...took my 57 chevy there for headliner was told to bring it january 22 then was ask for half payment after paying was told january 29. I dropped the car off and was told it would be ready by Friday .three weeks later after many excuses and phone calls said it was ready .I drove an hour to get my car and it was not ready.owner said they scratched the headliner and was going to patch it....I noticed the visors where not ready or installed . the dome light was not working as it was when I dropped it off. I asked why and spoken to very rudely By and employee who threatened me.wanted to fight.i found out later he was homeless and lived in the shop..owner assured me he would make things right. He stated he was going to redo the headliner .he also agreed to make a trunk surround for the car at a added 450 .to make up for my troubles.this was Monday. I drove hour home with trailer.Wednesday I went to checkout my car and take a new dome light..the owner had drilled holes in the rain cutter of my trunk and was mad when I told him to stop. A simple call would have prevented this .He said a gasket would cover the holes.57 gasket is on the trunk lid....so now I have to fix 10 holes...the trunk kit looked like a child could make it.terrible..did not fit well at all.I was called Friday two days later .I was surprised so fast.they didn't redue headliner they patched it. told to get my car or was going to be parked outside. With little notice I live hour away and had to be at work...when I went to pick up car they wouldn't talk to me closed door parked car outside and went to lunch.no thank you nothing only wanted paid...the lady upfront Michelle stayed with me while I loaded my car .all the rest treated me like dirt after spending around 1450 dollars.very unprofessional work....I do not recommend at all...please be careful with this place.still finding where they messed up my car. Added pictures of trunk that had to be repaired welded back..and door seal belt was not put in the right place.also now...
Read moreI highly recommend Veterano Upholstery for all your upholstery needs. I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme convertible. After almost 30 years, the interior of my car was in very bad shape, and it just wasn’t that fun to drive anymore. The convertible top liner had several rips, the seats were worn, the carpet was in rough shape, and the overall interior color was not what I wanted. I took my car into several upholstery shops, who gave me estimates that were so far above what I saw as fair, didn’t follow through on their research or call me back. When I first met Hugo, I learned that the name of his shop was in line with who he is, a Veteran, with the values and work ethic that I had not seen in other upholstery shops. My car had been garage kept all these years and I wanted to ensure that during work, it would stay safe inside. Every time we discussed the project, he’d tell me, “I got you”. I immediately had a good feeling and knew that Veterano Upholstery was the right choice. They did the job in two phases, the seats and the rest of the interior. We began with reupholstering the bucket seats and back bench seat. I had thoughts and ideas, but his creativity and artistic eyes showed me exactly what I was dreaming of. The last phase was the rest of the interior: the dash, the door panels, the floor, the convertible top liner and everything in between. I expected this to take about a month but that was not the case, and it was completed within 2 weeks! They went above and beyond by fixing other things inside the car that I had put off for years. They even detailed it inside and out! I knew they would do an awesome job but the anticipation of picking up my car was so exciting, and I was surprised by my emotions when I saw how beautiful it looked! As I drove away from the shop, I smiled so much, and I truly love my car again! Thank you so very much for bringing the life back into it! We will most definitely be coming back for all our...
Read moreMy Nissan is less than 5 years old, and the interior roof upholstery was already falling apart. When I went to the Nissan dealer, they quoted me almost $2,000. I stopped at Veterano's to see if they could help me. The owner is incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and the pricing is reasonable and honest (way cheaper than the dealership!). When I got my car back, the results were great. I went back to point out a minor problem, and they immediately took care of it for no extra charge. To summarize: The staff is great, the service is awesome, and I am a...
