Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Radcliff

Worst little Caesar I’ve ever been to. Wait time is ridiculous. They may have half your order complete and let it sit on the counter while they cook the rest of your order so by the time you get your full order everything is cold. Nothing is hot and ready. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

At first I was pretty excited to see a little Caesar’s open near my house location is 105 kieta way. Radcliff, ky. 40160.

I have visited this location 3 times and will probably never go to this location ever again. Never have anything hot and ready. No employee ever greets any customer. There is always at least 5 people standing and waiting in the front room waiting to be spoken to. Last time i went something was forgotten to be cooked with my order and my entire order that was finished was left out on top of the counter to get cold while I had to wait 25 more minutes for stuffed crazy bread to be made by the time I got my food it was cold. This time I went and I stood in line for about 15 minutes and there are employees eating in the back and I see my order just sitting on the table not even put inside a warmer or anything. When I finally receive my order I ask for a receipt and am told I can’t have one because it was ordered online. Never will I again go to this location. I figured maybe the first time or second time it could’ve been a fluke because it was a Friday. This time it was a Wednesday and I have the same experience....

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PASS RESPONSIBILITY.

I ordered through the Little Caesars app and selected delivery. It never stated it would be delivered by a service(DoorDash). We get a link to track our order which was convenient. Our order is on the way only to for the driver to call me and tell me “he forgot his pass” so he can’t get on base, then he forgot his whole wallet as he just came from the gym. I asked what he expected me to do. He told me he was parked at the Visitor center and asked if we could come meet him.

Annoyed by the whole situation and the inconvenience I sent my husband. Then as my husband pulls in into the visitor center (6 mins after the driver called) he says the driver isn’t there. The driver calls me and mentions he was kicked out of the parking lot and he could meet my husband on the side of the road or Walmart. That sounded sketchy as it’s super dark so I tell the driver to rerun our order to the store. After calling the store and getting no answer after 3 mins of ringing. My husband got to Little Caesars and he tells them what happens. Their response “we will have to contact DoorDash they can only ring me up for another order”

This is horrible customer service! Little Caesars is whole I placed my order with and paid directly and because the driver basically scammed us out of dinner we are now out $30 and have a family of...

When you order Little Caesars, you know what you will get. I order to pizza family often for quick dinners. I always order through the app and then pick it up. I had one instance here when a pizza was inedible when I got it home. I'm talking burned and crunchy. Time management seems to be a continuing issue for this particular location in Radcliff, KY. Multiple times I have arrived and my items not be ready at the time the app tells me, just to see other people come and go. But this last time has prompted me to write this review. I ordered a 2 topping at 6:55pm with an estimated pickup time at 7:20pm at the latest. I waited for the confirmation through my app that it was finished. Finally at 7:40pm I decided to go through the drive through to see. I was told to park for 10 minutes and come back through the drive though. Please please please staff more and train on time management. I know you are busy and you have large orders to fill. But when you make the large orders alternate the pizzas from this and regular orders instead of saying this 10 pizzas are this order, everyone else waits.
