Good Taste — Restaurant in Radcliff

If I could give a negative star, I would. This place has gone down considerably. We have been eating at this establishment for 20 years, and for the last couple of years when we have ordered there which has been a total of 3 times - the food has been sub-par. Today, I decided to give them 1 last chance to redeem themselves to their former standards with an order of shrimp egg foo yung with rice. The cashier was irritated that I asked if she could replace the fried rice with vegetable rice as I have always ordered, and she wanted to charge extra for the broccoli. I declined the broccoli. I pick up my order, and for some odd reason, she rings the bell for the chef, he looks up to see me. I pay for my food, get home and the gravy for the shrimp egg fu yung was 80% oil as you can see in the photo. I called back informed her of this ordeal and that I will NEVER patron this...

I’ve tried to give this establishment a chance, but the lady in this restaurant is truly rude. I’m a regular.. very polite and respectful to all who works there. But the temperament from the owners wife is very negative, and unprofessional. For starters, my first bad encounter was the reason I stopped going. I gave it a break because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t me.. but after a hiatus I came back and there was no change. Anyone coming to this restaurant please be weary. The son and his sister is why I decided to give it another try. But after today I will no longer patronize this establishment. The food is amazing, but the attitude isn’t worth...

I was introduced to Good Taste way back in 2007, ever since I have been coming on a monthly basis. I got my whole family hooked on it, even though it’s a 30 minute or more drive to get here we believe it is totally worth it. Never disappointed. I would even get the beef lo mein to take back to college with me on my way through town, and they pack that box so well it was still warm by the time I got to school an hour and a half away! I always recommend this place to anyone craving good quality Chinese cuisine. Also, during the pandemic they are still open doing curbside pickup. Friendly service, good taste. Keep up...
