Abson, Inc. — Local services in Rahway

We live near Boston, MA. We are regular customers of Abson Inc. we often visit our family in Rahway, NJ. During our visit to NJ, our agenda item include a visit to Abson Inc for precious stones and fancy gift items and Oak Tree road for Indian snacks. We bought a few precious stones already in Abson and used in my gold jewelry when we visited India. We really like Abson for their quality and price. They have wide collection from high to low end to meet the price range as per our budget. Biggest motive for us visiting Abson often is the customer service. Mr. Abbas, owner of the business always makes you comfortable by conversation about your family in US as well as in India. He builds a story around your back ground. Also he explains about each product and provides recommendation. I thought he is a good businessman, but I realized that he also cares about the customers. He admits that he makes good business providing good service to the customers. Last weekend we traveled to Edison, NJ for Diwali. After spending time with family, we visited Abson to get gifts for my coworkers for Christmas. As always Mr. Abbas graciously welcomed us and sales agents were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ms. Raashi who helped us patiently to pick and choose few armaments and allowed us to take more than one of the armaments which were on sale. Mr. Abbas always makes sure that his sales team helping us enough there by we have an “exceptional experience” rather than just shopping. Although we went there to by few but bought several at the end. But we feel it was a worth trip and I know that my white American colleagues will enjoy the real quality armaments when I gift these to them during holidays next month. I recently visited Abson Inc., a delightful bead and gemstone store, and was very impressed by my experience. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and made every customer feel valued. As soon as I walked in, the owner greeted me warmly and asked how he could assist me. He clearly has a passion for gems and took the time to educate me on their unique properties. The rest of the staff was just as caring - they all made an effort to connect with each customer in the store and ensure we found what we were looking for. If anyone looked lost or overwhelmed by the options, an associate would kindly offer help. I appreciated that they allowed people to browse freely but were very attentive when needed.
