Horrible place. I'd give it no stars if I could. I went there just twice in the past thirty days, both times via the drive through. The first time the woman taking my order was difficult to hear. When I asked her to repeat herself she snapped at me. At the pick-up window I told her I had had trouble hearing her and disliked being snapped at. She responded by saying in a nasty tone, "Let me just get your food so you can go home and be happy." I was shocked and asked to speak to a manager. She demanded to know why so I told her it was because she was rude. The manager seemed shocked as well when I told her what happened and agreed the woman did have a bad attitude. I drove away feeling mollified. On my second visit, a month later, the drive through was backed up. I would have gone inside, but wasn't really dressed for it. So, I stayed in line. It took 35 minutes to get to the ordering point. I couldn't even get out of the line because of the way the drive through is laid out - bordered by curbs. I placed my order, again had difficulty hearing the woman taking my order and when I asked her to repeat got a very impatient reply. At the window she asked how I was so I told her I was pissed, having waited 35 minutes to place my order. That earned me a monotone, robotic response with the words all run together, "I'msorryaboutthat. We'reveryunderstaffed. That's thereasonforthedelay." It was abundantly clear that she could not care less. Then she took my credit card, ran it, gave it back and snapped, "Here's your card." And I waited some more for my order. When it finally came it was the manager who handed it over, saying in an unpleasant tone, "Here. You have a nice day." I pointed out that it isn't MY fault they're short staffed and she replied, "Every time you come here you're nasty. Go to Pop-eyes's." Nice. You can bet I WILL go to Pop-eyes's from now on. They're nice there. The drive through moves at a normal speed and the food is better. I only went to KFC because I had a coupon. Never again. I used to go to that KFC more frequently but stopped for a long time because it's always so slow. They're ALWAYS short-handed. I thought I'd chance it again and that was a mistake. I won't make that mistake again. Oh and the kicker? They gave me someone else's order! Trust me, avoid this KFC...
Read moreHad to pull BACK into the bottom of the drive thru like we were going to order again and wait for our order to be brought out to us. Now I know sometimes an establishment gets busy and this has to happen, but our vehicle was now blocking customers from entering and placing their orders and I found that a rude thing to do to the new customers. I have had to do the before but we pulled into a parking spot not instructed to pull into the drive thru order lane! Then we had to wait close to five minutes to get our drinks because the employee who bought our food out forgot them! Now we're blocking the lane longer and instead of just having the kitchen hand him over empty cups so he could either 1. Fill them himself or 2. Ask us if we want to fill them ourselves and go since we were basically RIGHT THERE! That was just my only complaint. They are generally a nice place and the employees very nice as they were today. It was just the whole waiting situation that was trying especially since we were all very hungry after shopping all morning then waiting at Sprint to get new phones and have them turned on, info transferred, yadda yadda the whole deal there. Read moreI've lived in the are for over a decade and I have never had worse customer service from a manager that I did on my last visit. If I was not traveling the next day I would have called to complain to HQ. The manager closed the doors super early, I just happen to get in because an employee didnt lock the door. I know this because the manager said to him you were to lock the doors. It said they closed at 11 and it was minutes to 10 when I arrived. I had a complementary chicken sandwich. I showed the manger the survey code I was given from KFC and he had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to explain it and he still didbt understand. So I said do you have chicken sandwiches he said no they are not making any more. I was perplexed as it was 1 hour 15 minutes before they closed. This was my second visit to this KFC in a week and last visit the same manger messed up 3 customers orders and all were the same thing. Should have been a hint. I used to love this KFC but noe forget it. Sad, the KFC on route 1 not any better. Customer service poor for no reason. They used to have a nice manager who has since been moved to another KFC. He dealt with the customers well and I never had an issue. KFC come on, fix this. Send someone in to spot check this place amd see why...
