Rich and Ahmed are the guys at this store! Not only did they provide extremely great support, they were also pretty good with the customer service aspect. I felt helped each step of the way, and all happened as soon as we entered the store. I was surprised to know that Ahmed had such a repertoire when it came to design, and he knew all the ins and outs of doing tile work in different parts of the house. He was great with helping us choose affordable designs, and even explained how he might design certain aspects so we got an idea of how to move along with our work. This was unusual at first for us because we had a bad experience in NY, you wouldn’t traditionally find experienced designers in those stores— but Ahmed proved that customer service can be different and one by which customers feel seen and heard.

He was very knowledgeable about the textures and colors of each tile, from the basic tile to the most advanced piece. He showed us around the entire store so we knew we were never short on suggestions. He also provided stellar help when it came to choosing all the extra material required for tile work, his estimates were all accurate, he did the calculations right then and there. All was accurate as expected, no guess work! He was phenomenal with customer support and assistance, never hesitating. He handled other customers gracefully as he aided us, never felt alone or lost. Rich was another great addition, he cashed us out, but noticed that the knee pads chosen were not the best for the job we were doing after a few questions. Thankfully, he suggested a better pair of knee pads because the strain on the knees that we had initially faced was terrible. He was able to gracefully trouble shoot that just by queries and observation. At the register, he informed us of the services given by this store and even signed us up for updates. The thing they looked at most was giving the utmost support when they could, even if it was by simply suggesting another addition.

Never had this expertise in a storefront in NY from this company (something I must emphasize again) , this branch definitely set the bar high. Rich was honest and truthful about the values of the company and how much they do try to and the customers. He repeated the values and work done at the store making us realize that customers were the ones who definitely got the best assistance. He even went as far to suggest a tool to help level the tiles after he asked a few more questions so the job can be done with ease and efficiency. I was shocked along with everyone else, the care we received from Ahmed and Rich was great! We love them, and the store. Everyone there was kind, and they made the job easier to finish. Please do visit them, you won’t get better services elsewhere! You won’t be stressed and annoyed, rather you’ll leave with good deals and knowing you were cared for on your visit.

Placed an order for grout to be picked up by my contractor. Halfway through using the bucket, my contractor contacted me and told me he would require an additional bucket, okay no problem. I place another order for pick up only for my contractor to tell me that the color he picked up is not the same as the first order. The person who prepared the initial order for pick up incorrectly selected the wrong grout color (very different colors, pink tone vs gray). I had to remove all the grout that was already placed.

I called corporate which told me that I could not return the grout because it was already opened as per their return policy and that I should contact the store to see if they could do something. I have called this store MULTIPLE times in a span of a couple of days and no one picks up. There was only one time my call was actually picked up and no associate was assisting, all I heard was background noise of them talking.

Very unprofessional company and seems like they expect the customer to make the assumption that the store is going to prepare an order incorrectly and therefore should not trust the store from the consumer's end. I am not even asking for them to do something about the labor involved, and only just a refund of mere grout. Seems like the customer needs to pay for the associate's incompetency. Next time I will shop at a different big box with a better return policy and...

I did my kitchen and bathroom upgrades and this “floor and decor” was our first choice . Haven’t been to this shop before but was impressed with their collections ! Lots of options for tiles , backsplash and everything related to construction!

We had a very good experience with Mohammad , who helped us answering all questions and pointing us to the right products . Great support ! He gave us options in all price ranges . Will highly recommend him to others .

Ordering process is easy . Billing sometimes takes a lot of time - especially when they have only 1 cashier . They are also a bit slow in billing . After billing they wil let you know once ready . During delivery , it was tough to get any help at the back side of this shop .. wish there was more help. We were waiting to 30-45 mins before someone helped us .
