Capital Crossing — Local services in Raleigh

(STEAK and Shake) I ordered a diet coke with my food as I had done 2 weeks prior. It tasted as if it had oil or something strange in it both times. The first time the waitress took it off my order and I ordered something different which I paid for. Since the problem had not been corrected in 2 weeks, I again asked the young hispanic waiter to take it off my bill and I would order something different. He said he couldn't do that. I asked why not and he said I ordered it. I replyed that it tasted like oil or something in it and I was not going to drink it but would order a milkshake, which I planned to pay for. He rudely replied he couldn't do that; then I asked for the manager, because I've never heard of a place that wouldn't bring something else to drink if something was wrong with your first choice. The the manager, a lady (also Hispanic ) came over and also refused to cancel the coke and bring me a milkshake and add that to my bill. Maybe there was a communication problem but in my many years and a business owner for 48 years, I've never heard of anything like this. Also on another prior occasion, I had been standing in line waiting to be seated. When it came my turn to be seated, the hostess went past me and seated 2 ladies instead of me. This did not sit well with me, because I had been there a few minutes when they arrived. I asked the hostess why she skipped over me and seated them. The hostess replied; well they were older and she thought they needed to sit down. I can assure you, those ladies are at least 15 to 25 years younger than I am at age 75. I was there maybe 4 times total, and 2 of them...

Ok, well, well, well, Hum here I go. The only store I visited here was At Home. It was a disaster, dirty bathroom, merchandise on the floor in every isle. Staff no were to be found for questioning. Finally found someone to let them know this store need to be organize and clean. The response we know; they know? Why still a disgrace of store ? I don't know. My suggestions At Home Headquarters need to send a team and train the staff here. Hire more people. To everyone that read this review At Home stores have always been a well kept. organize and clean place. I have always enjoy myself shopping at these stores. You can see the staff all over the stores available for you . So what I founded on this store isn't acceptable. I will visit again hopping you got this store in good shape. Good...

Visited PetSmart to have my dog groomed. The grooming staff is apparently not PetSmart employees and that's a good.thing for the store. They were 15 minutes late on Saturday morning and had 8 people waiting for scheduled appointments. My dog had a small incision on his leg that I cleared with my vet to have him groomed and I shared that information when dropping him off. 20 minutes later I received a call indicating they could not groom him because of the incision. When I went to pick him up, he had been half groomed, partially up to his neck. That was ridiculous to think that was acceptable. I will NEVER go back there for grooming. The store itself is always nice, but choose somewhere else...
