If you don’t expect Chick-fil-A quality and are looking for a typical fast food experience, then this might be an okay spot for you. However, if you’re looking for the whole Chick-fil-A experience—not just the food but also the welcoming environment and well-organized service—then this isn’t it.
From the moment we placed our order until we left the table, many small things felt off. I brushed off those issues, but then, this happened. I accidentally spilled ketchup on the floor and immediately got napkins to clean it up. I cleaned mostly but a staff saw me and came over to help, which I appreciated. He even suggested to trash I was holding. I told him I would take care of it, but he insisted on helping. Thanks but things took a turn from there. He saw mac and cheese on the floor and mumbled something. (what??) He brought a broom to clean the floor and waited for us to leave. We had four kids with us, and I typically clean up any messes myself, but he standing there to leave now. While packing our jackets and heading to the restrooms, I thanked him again and mentioned that we really enjoyed the food. He didn’t respond, which felt a bit strange. Was he upset that my kid dropped mac and cheese on the floor???
When I saw him cleaning the floor after we had cleared our table, I thanked him once more and wished him best day. He gave me nodd and that’s it.
A minute later, I returned because my baby needed to use the potty and saw that he was excitedly cleaning our area, chatting with customers, and even offering sanitizers and a kids' table cover to the table where we were sitting. Was the mac and cheese on the floor upset him that much? I would have cleaned but as I mentioned he was standing by the table for us leave. (fyi, it wasn’t busy at all and had many tables.)
The selective service to the families they preferred, cold service like this, it is not the Chick-fil-A spirit. I go to Chick-fil-A because they serve welcomed, and relaxed environment, and I would never go back this place when I need...
Read moreAfter having a long stressful day at work, I figured a market salad with fried chicken would cheer me up. I went, ordered, checked (at quick glance I saw the salad box and fried chicken I thought it was my correct order), and drove home. When I came home I realized it was a cob salad and as much as I wanted to eat it, I could t because it had pork on it. So I drove back for 10 minutes, patiently waited another 5 minutes to tell them what happened and asked if I could have extra chicken for my inconvenience. He said no and asked if that was okay and I said no so the manager came out and talked to me. I explained him that I had to drive back, that I was being very patient, and if I would’ve ate that pork, it would’ve been a problem. Keep in mind that I don’t eat pork for spiritual reasons. I told him that I didn’t want to make a scene and that’s why I’ve waited so calmly, I had a long day and that if I could just get some extra chicken on my salad, that would be enough. I waited another 5 minutes and the delivery guy said that unfortunately they couldn’t and instead they gave me an extra cookie but then the chicken was grilled, so I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to fry some nuggets to throw on top. I have to say the salad was good but I feel like I just wasted an hour just to make me feel worse. Do you think I want to sit here and write all this after a long work day? No. I just wanted to eat some extra chicken on my salad. Like I’m not asking for a whole patty, I’m just asking to chop up a few extra nuggets on top of my salad since you guys put pork in my food. I’m giving two stars because even though I didn’t have the best experience, my order was fixed, no one was disrespectful, and I still got a...
Read moreI may be salty since I really missed the breakfast cutoff.
I arrived at the CFA drive thru at 10:24. Which I thought would give me time to get breakfast. Only the employee stayed under the drive thru area the whole time and only took one order in 6 minutes. She did not walk down to take orders as they normally do and ultimately that caused me to miss breakfast. Why didn’t I just leave drive through and go inside? Because you can’t. Once you are in the line there is no way to leave it. Even after you are told they are no longer serving breakfast and don’t want lunch items at 10:35 am. The person in front of me had to wait 20 minutes before they could even leave the line with no food!
Long story short, I got up to place the order. Just as an inquiry, I asked the young lady if they don’t walk down to take orders anymore. She said they do, but today it was just her and she wanted to stay under the fans. I GET IT! Safety first for sure. If she passed out, they’d replace her in a heartbeat. However, I waited to place my order for about 15 minutes and then finally left the establishment with my food at 10:55. The young man who gave me the food saved the very low rating I originally intended. He was friendly and very nice. Even said the famous “my pleasure” which I thought had gone away. I ignored the reviews about the length of time spent in this locations drive thru. They are true! Do not go here through the drive thru you are in a rush or don’t have a half hour to dedicate. I don’t know what they did during that time they were closed, but the drive thru service is...
