In the end, it did feel like a scam: The provider didn’t know why I was there I was ignored for the first minutes in an uncomfortable silence because the provider was engaged in a deep conversation with an old friend I didn’t get the “VIP treatment and consultation” as it was advertised, 90 min appointment with free consultation. The consultation didn’t happen and I got charged for it. No directions/info on how the treatment/procedures will go unless I asked, no detailed consultation on how to achieve my goals No measurements were taken before the start of the treatment because it was “forgotten” Equipment was dropped on the floor/felt that she wasn’t sure how to use some of it I saw no difference on what has been done, because it was not the treatment that I needed The provider was the owner and she was nice in the beginning when I expressed my experience, but then she wasn’t. During phone call and texts and after hearing my goals, I was told “we are working on getting that equipment that we will be the first ones to have it in Raleigh”, which made me feel again that I received the wrong treatment When asked for a refund for the service I didn’t need (done because of miscommunication/understanding/rushing the appointment), I was told “we do not issue refund, credit can be given… and I am not afraid of your one star review” Will not feel comfortable to go back, I was offered though (thus one star given, otherwise would give 0 if I could) It was a waste of...

From the moment I walked in, Antoinette made me feel welcome, relaxed, and in great hands. The atmosphere was calming and professional, and every step of the treatment was explained clearly and kindly.
