Overall experience was good, but the company had multiple issues with the food. First I got a text 2 hours prior saying they only had half the amount of salmon needed for our party (placed our orders 5 days prior). Then, while hosting the event, the chef said he didn’t have any shrimp and a colleague would be dropping it off soon (this was 1.5 hours into the event). The shrimp was dropped off 30 min later, after everyone was done eating and we had moved on to cake.
It was frustrating because we placed our food orders days prior, and the company had multiple issues with the basic functions of doing at-home hibachi.
