Overall experience was good, but the company had multiple issues with the food. First I got a text 2 hours prior saying they only had half the amount of salmon needed for our party (placed our orders 5 days prior). Then, while hosting the event, the chef said he didn’t have any shrimp and a colleague would be dropping it off soon (this was 1.5 hours into the event). The shrimp was dropped off 30 min later, after everyone was done eating and we had moved on to cake.

It was frustrating because we placed our food orders days prior, and the company had multiple issues with the basic functions of doing at-home hibachi.

We had Let's Hibachi come out for a backyard Labor Day celebration, and it was such a fun way to celebrate a good friend’s birthday. Chef Alex was incredible—his teppanyaki skills were impressive, and watching him work the grill felt like dinner and a show. The food was delicious and there was plenty to go around. Mike, his assistant, kept the energy up and had everyone laughing throughout the night. It was one of those evenings where everything just clicked—great food, great company, and a lot of laughs. Let’s Hibachi was very professional and accurate to what they offer! It was an amazing experience & all the girls from the Bach loved it! So fun! The sake made it perfect.
