We used Jackie and Ivan's services for my son's first birthday party. They are such a lovely couple running this business! I first called up Jackie with questions about assistance with availability with different soft plays we were interested in. She was very helpful with suggestions that would fit the theming of the birthday party, our little dumpling. Their online platform was super organized and easy to navigate. Especially when it came to details we discussed about the customization of the soft play and decals! Didn't need to struggle with "mombrain" on whether or not we completed payments as it was so easy.

Day of the event, Ivan was so kind and efficient when setting up and sanitizing the equipment. Really great suggestions on how to maximize the play space while still being comfortable to sit at our tables. They even brought extra balls to color match and compliment our party space PERFECTLY. The decals on the ball pit were also so stinkin' cute.

All the kids at the party had a blast playing. We all know how hectic first birthdays can be, but booking with Little Ones Party was one of the services that made it that much easier. We really appreciated to extra effort they put in.

Jackie and her team are absolutely amazing!!!! I hired Little Ones Party Co. For a US Navy Kids holiday party and I honestly couldn't have been more impressed. Jackie's communication was impeccable and the set up was as well. From start to finish she was one of the vendors i had no concerns about but instead, complete faith. She was personable, kind, and reassuring. Jackie reached out to discuss design, then we paid for the deposit. We heard from Jackie again a week or so later when she came to view the venue and figure out location for the soft play. Then we had follow ups from her about our design and confirmation on the date and time. I honestly truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Little Ones Party Co. for your little ones parties! They were so unique & so on point when it came to customization and bringing your view to life! My daughter’s 1st birthday was a Hello Kitty theme and we had the pleasure of having them at our party. Husband and Wife were so sweet and nice, they were ON TIME for both drop off and pick up! Always communicated with any little thing that involved our purchase and most of all, the set up was Gorgeous. All of the babies & parents were blown away with the soft play!
