Unsure where to start. First of their prices are super affordable. We were on a budget, with our small wedding plans, i googled some wedding planners in San Diego without telling my boyfriend @ the time. And the first one to get my attention out of a few that I seen was sea side weddings. I contact Ren that same night and she got back to me right away. (The communication was amazing!!!) and explained everything I needed to know. After seeing her prices, reviews, pictures etc. I went ahead and went through our wedding process with them. If I remember right I sent the deposit right away that same night or the next day. I than told ren what day we were thinking as we wanted to get our guest a few months for they were able to get their days off work since most were coming from Arizona. 3 months ahead and they had the date available. So was on top of it, to get the dates checked for availability! They say it’s stress free and honest to the lord, everything really is stress free, she is very very self explanatory on all her emails, and every email she sends have answers to all the questions you have! Here we are November 19, I was so nervous and didn’t know what to except when I got there. Obviously my first time getting married and my last. The scenery of our choices that we were able to choose the colors of everything we wanted was so beautiful and well done. Super happy! Also grant was so amazing he made everything go super smooth the day of, running back and forth to us (husband hadn’t seen me that day so I was back around the car) asking us how we wanted certain things to go. It was a windy that day so that was a negative but that didn’t stop them from canceling our little ceremony. (but if REN offers you the extra weather guarantee plan, please take it) you just never know. It was too rain that morning and thankfully it was just windy and cloudy, hours after it rain so it’s better to be safe than sorry. Renate was so kind and easy to work with from start to finish. The Seaside beach wedding team was great. Our experience doing a beach/intimate wedding was perfect for my husband and I. I tend to stress out and I knew I wanted something simple, small, beautiful, and stress free! And to me the cost was affordable.

Renate responded pretty quickly to my inquiry. It is pretty straightforward on their website on everything they do. Once I booked with her, she sent me emails on the choices for the ceremony, flowers, floral choice, chair ribbon, timelines for choices, etc… many more.

Her contract was straight forward and easy to read, no surprises for me.

Coming up to the big day she reached out to us for the final walk through and gave some information about the ceremony location, parking, what to remember to bring, etc… lots of details which made it easy for me since she sends you all the information you need for yourself and guests.

She was always responsive to my emails. We didn’t speak once on the phone, but that was totally ok with me. I did not feel the need to and email works best for me.

Day of our wedding was beautiful. Loved the set up and decor. They got everything and everyone in their places, it was on time, sound technician was great, Renate was our officiant and she has such a lovely and pleasant voice. Everything was perfect! Our families loved how smooth it went and how professional and kind Seaside beach wedding treated us.

I felt zero stress on my wedding day, thanks to Renate and Seaside Beach Weddings. Highly recommend them, word of advise…they know what they are doing and have been doing it for a long time and you can tell. So just follow her instructions and you will have a chill, stress-free and beautiful...

Don’t get me wrong my wedding was a great day but that was NOT because of this company. First off they set my ceremony in the mud and it got all over the bottom of my dress. The women we spoke via email with was great at communication before the day but then she didn’t even bother to show up and sent the rudest man, and some young guy in sweats that was VAPING to do music which he couldn’t seem to do right. The welcome sign looked like it was done by a 5 year old and my sister asked to re do it and got attitude. The man tried to tell my family member he could stand at the street to see the wedding because his name wasn’t on the list but in fact it was but his name just isn’t spelt the usual way and so the guy looked at my mom and said “ it’s not my fault he spells his name wrong”. The flowers were okay but not what I asked for. Shall I go on? After the day my mom sent an email to say thank you but also give her feedback and she didn’t even bother to respond. Very unprofessional. I understand COVID makes things difficult but we followed all their guidelines and were flexible and they show up like that? I will not be recommending Seaside Beach...
