We LOVED Wednesday Cake and had the best experience with Angela!

We were planning a destination wedding in La Jolla, and Angela was recommended by our planner. The minute we met her we knew we wanted to hire her! On our planning trip she brought us several cupcake samples to try -- they were all amazing--- but didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision right then. Once we made our selection and provided some inspiration pics for what we had in mind she sent us 3 beautiful cake designs to choose from. At the last minute I asked if she could add a couple of sea lions to it and they were SO FREAKING CUTE it hurt to actually cut the cake! It turned out better than I ever could have imagined. We received a ton of compliments for not only how good our cake tasted, but for how unique and fun it was. We also rented a wooden cake stand from her which was one less thing to worry about. Wednesday Cake was the first and only vendor we look into for our wedding cake/dessert table. We knew instantly that we wanted Angela to do our wedding. My husband and I had a difficult time deciding which flavors we liked during our tasting because they were all SO GOOD! The flavors that she creates are impeccable and unique, her designs are beautifully executed and she is super nice, kind and easy to work with. Angela is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I guess the secret is out: Wednesday Cake is amazeballs--in fact she's probably already created something called "amazeballs" and it was probably um amazing. WC is run by Angela, who is a beautiful human and a true artist. This girl is the real deal. She takes sculpture and baking AND tasting to whole other level. Photos are from our last order for my Tita's 60th bday tea party. I'm so glad we ordered through her instead of some chain. It made the event that much more memorable.
