I know this specific location has 3 stars and i have actually gotten food from here 2x despite of the stars and some of the reviews. I always get the same thing-chicken Marsala. Today’s chicken tasted like it had expired or something. The taste was OFF. I had it delivered through grub hub. I called Anthony Franco’s after tasting the chicken 🤢 the guy that answered me was pleasant but once he passed the phone to who i believe was either the manager Jose, he gave me such an attitude like it was my fault the chicken was bad. I explained to him calmly that the chicken was bad i took a bite out of both chicken breasts they are both tasting the same. He was like OK I’m going to have to get the chicken back and we send you a new one, that’s fine. It’s here. Idk if he thought i was trying to get a free chicken or something. But if i get food poisoning from this chicken I’ll be suing. I expect good customer service since I’m a paying customer. It’s ridiculous i had to waste my lunch hour, bc i am at work. These are not the times to be throwing away $30. Are you kidding me? What pissed me off most, was that the man never apologized for selling bad chicken, he was just worried about getting the chicken back lol also, i asked for a fresh side of pasta since the other one had red sauce and mixed Marsala sauce i he poured on top and he gave me attitude about that. Talk about customer service. Horrible! Won’t be ordering from here again....
Read moreLet me start by saying that I have been ordering delivery from the Ramsey location 3-5 times a month since 2019 when I moved to the area. Before that from the Paramus store. This place is honestly hit or miss, but normally I let it go. Not tonight.I ordered a WELL DONE pie at 9.25 PM. I was told 30 to 40 minutes which makes perfect sense for a WELL DONE PIE. I'm at least 8-10 minutes from the restaurant, and not 15 minutes later I get a knock at the door. Long story short? This pie was an under cooked, Ice cold rubber biscuit. When I called to complain, I was confronted by the actual guy who made it. He proceeded to challenge and preach to me that the pie WAS cooked properly, and that he has been making pies for 13 years. My friend; I don't care if you have been making pies for 13 minutes ( like mine). No one is perfect, and this time you messed it up. Insead of apology and owning it, I got a bad attitude from you. The owners should be aware that you lost a good customer tonight because of it, and anyone who may have been a referral from me down the road. Your pie guy needs to work on his communication skills or perhaps let someone a bit more diplomatic deal with the customer grievances. BTW; I never heard of ordering a pie EXTRA, EXTRA, WELL DONE. Are you...
Read moreAnthony Franco's is BY FAR our families favorite pizza place. The staff is extremely friendly to my family. My 5 year old twins especially love visiting, as the staff makes a point to greet them personally each time. The food is terrific and there are so many different options. My children personally love the pizza, but my wife and I have had salads, wraps, and heroes , and various entrees.
Greg, the owner, is a great guy. He takes the time to learn the names of all of his customers. Each time we visit, Greg makes it a point to ask us how we are and makes sure we are well taken care off. We recently reached out to him for information on catering our children's fifth birthday party. He was very easy to work with. He helped us plan which foods we would offer to our guests and gave us a fantastic price. All of our guests loved the food!
If you are looking for a pizza place that offers much more than just pizza, a spacious sitting area, and a friendly and efficient staff, then I highly recommend checking out...
