Shop was closed even though I’d just talked to the guy and he said they would be open. I called this shop twice to confirm they do the work I wanted prior to coming in. The second time I called was the morning of the day I came in person. I told the guy on the phone I would come in that afternoon and confirmed they would be open until 5:30. I took off work early and got to the shop at 3:40. It was closed. No one picked up the phone when I called. I waited outside for 15 minutes.
